The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

All bedrooms are on the first floor. Alcúdia beach is 13.7 km away. Puerto de Alcudia, ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort beaches are around a 20-minute drive away. Sa Pobla town, train station and bus stop are 3.7 km away. Palma airport is 42.4 km away, Pollença golf course 12.2 km, Port Alcúdia ferry terminal 17.6 km and the hospital in Inca 10.3 km.
