The villa is surrounded by fields, mountain scenery and greenery, including almond and orange trees, and offers privacy. Outdoors there is a barbecue, a hurdle-roofed terrace, a garden and sunbeds. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 2 metres deep.
The air-conditioned living room has satellite TV. An arch connects it to the dining area, which seats eight and leads to the kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have wardrobes and air conditioning. One has a double bed; the other two each have twin beds. A cot and high chair are available. The main-floor bathroom has a bath, and the upstairs bathroom has a shower. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
