House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR must be paid to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 105€/stay. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay, and guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
Getting there
Platja Sa Marina is 15 metres away and reached by crossing the road. Vehicles pass continuously along the road beside the house. Alcúdia town is 2.7 km away; the Sa Marina bus stop is 190 metres away. There is no private beach access.
