The house

The house has a furnished rear terrace for outdoor meals and a sea-view living room with satellite television and a DVD player. The living room opens onto the dining kitchen, and this shared space has an air-conditioning unit. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

There are three bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and air conditioning: two have one double bed each, and one has a single bed. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower bathroom; a second bathroom has a bathtub. A baby cot and high chair are available. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free, and the outdoor terrace has parasols. There is no swimming pool.

Platja Sa Marina is 15 metres away across the road. The house stands beside a road with continuously passing vehicles. Alcúdia town is 2.7 km away, the Sa Marina bus stop is 190 metres away, and the supermarket is 1.9 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 61.6 km away; the Puerto de Alcúdia ferry is 5.4 km away.
