Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from day nine of the stay. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

Es Trenc beach is 3 km away. Sa Ràpita town and bus stop are 1.4 km away; Son Sant Joan airport is 39.1 km away, Son Antem golf course 26.4 km, Palma train station 47.3 km, Port de Palma ferry terminal 46.4 km and Son Llatzer hospital 44 km. The annex has an external entrance. Neighbours are nearby, and road traffic may be audible. The living-room fireplace cannot be used.
