The house

The main house has a living room with sofas, satellite TV and air-conditioning, a dining area and an equipped Mallorcan-style kitchen with a gas hob. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor are a double bedroom with a fan and a shared shower bathroom. Upstairs are a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with air-conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom.

The annex is accessed from outside the main house. Its air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar and gas hob. It has a shower bathroom, an air-conditioned twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a fan. All five bedrooms have closets. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

The garden has a private fenced chlorine pool measuring 7 × 4 metres, with depths from 0.90 to 1.90 metres, six sun loungers, a barbecue and a porch for outdoor meals. There are neighbours nearby, and passing cars may be audible because the property is close to a road. The living-room fireplace cannot be used. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Es Trenc beach is 3 km away, and Sa Ràpita town and its bus stop are 1.4 km away. Sa Ràpita has a grocery shop and restaurants. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
