Pets and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over; the published amount varies from €0.55 to €2.2 per guest per night, with €0.55 applying during low season.
