The outdoor areas include a private 10 × 4 m chlorine pool with a constant depth of 2 m, an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, a covered dining porch, two terraces and a built-in barbecue.
On the ground floor, the main living room has a Smart TV with satellite channels and connects to the dining area. A separate kitchen has induction hobs and a dining table. The pantry incorporates a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is one double bedroom with wardrobes and a fan, plus a full bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has a second lounge with a sofa and TV and three air-conditioned bedrooms. The double bedroom has a fan, wardrobes, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and hydromassage shower. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, a fan and wardrobes. A further full bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. The house has five fans and an adiabatic cooling system on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are provided. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
The home is in the Pla de Mallorca countryside, surrounded by farmland, almond trees and vineyards, with country paths for walking and cycling. Nearby places to explore include Sineu, Algaida and the Santuari de Cura. Alcúdia Beach and Can Picafort are a 30–35-minute drive away.
