Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited because of the solar installation's limitations. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of EUR 300 applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 125€ per stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
