The house

The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 × 3.8 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres, sun loungers, a garden, terraces, outdoor dining areas and a mobile barbecue. The house has 240 m² of interior space on a 2,000 m² property.

Inside, there is a living room with Smart TV and satellite television, an integrated dining room and a gas-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and citrus juicer. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, plus two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have two single beds; a further double bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace with mountain views. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the upper floor.

A cot and high chair are provided for babies. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, fans, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The house uses solar power. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Selva lies at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, near hiking and cycling trails and the villages of Caimari and Moscari. Selva town is 1.1 km away, and northern beaches are less than 30 minutes away by car.
