Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Use the exterior shower before and after swimming. A mandatory final-cleaning charge of 250€/stay applies. A damage deposit of 500.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€/night per guest in low season and 2.2€/night per guest in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

All five bedrooms are on the first floor. Costa dels Pins beach in Son Servera is 9 km away. The coast and beaches including Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Costa dels Pins are a 10–20-minute drive away; Cala Ratjada is a 15-minute drive away. Pula Golf is 4.4 km away, Capdepera 9.2 km, the airport 73 km, Manacor train station 29.1 km, the bus stop on Av. Costa i Llobera in Artà 2.9 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 35.3 km and Hospital de Manacor 29.1 km. A supermarket is 2.5 km away, a pharmacy 2.3 km, a bank 3 km and a bar 2.6 km. Exterior parking is limited to four cars.
