The house

The house combines modern and traditional Majorcan styles on a fenced plot of more than 20,000 m², with no nearby neighbors. Terraces overlook the mountains, Capdepera and Artà. Outdoor facilities include 10 sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, a shaded poolside dining porch and an exterior shower. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4 m and is 1–2.5 m deep.

The living room has two sofas, satellite television and a CD player. The dining area shares an open space with the equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, central heating, three fans, towels and a hair dryer are available.

All five bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Four bedrooms have wardrobes, and one of the last two bedrooms has balcony access. A shared bathtub bathroom serves the first floor, and a shower bathroom is on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Exterior parking accommodates four cars. Costa dels Pins beach is 9 km away, and the coast and beaches including Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Costa dels Pins are a 10–20-minute drive away. Cala Ratjada is a 15-minute drive away.
