Events and smoking are prohibited. Pets weighing up to 3 kg are welcome; consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The house has two floors. Porto Cristo town is 2 km away and Platja de Es Port beach is 2.7 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 58.2 km away; the Rotonda Coves dels Hams bus stop is 1.2 km away; Manacor train station is 10.7 km away. Exterior parking is limited to two cars. There is no private or direct beach access.
