The house

The two-storey house has two ground-floor living-dining rooms, each with two sofas and satellite TV, and two kitchens with gas stoves, dining tables and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Upstairs there is a third living area with satellite TV.

The ground floor has three bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. This floor also has a separate toilet and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and separate shower and the other with a bathtub. Upstairs are three bedrooms with two single beds each; two have wardrobes, and one has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. A cot and high chair are available. All bedrooms have fans, and the house has gas central heating. Electricity is supplied by solar panels on the property.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 0.9–2 metres deep. There are 12 sun loungers, a shaded porch, barbecue, table tennis and a playground beside the pool. The grounds are fenced, with no neighbouring houses around. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.

Porto Cristo has bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Platja de Es Port is 2.7 km away, with Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia also nearby. Pets weighing up to 3 kg are welcome, subject to possible charges; consult the advertiser. Events and smoking are prohibited. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
