Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan airport is 40.6 km away; Manacor train station is 34 km away; Port de Palma ferry terminal is 48.5 km away; Hospital de Manacor is 35 km away. The house is next to a road and traffic may be audible. Cows are present on the active farm near a cheese factory.
