The house is set on an active farm with cows and open spaces, near a cheese factory. A private porch provides space for outdoor dining. The shared chlorine pool measures 3 × 8 m, with depths of 1.1–1.9 m, and has six sun loungers. Pool opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
Inside, the open-plan living/dining room has satellite TV and air conditioning in the loft area. The equipped kitchen includes an induction cooker and microwave. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and wardrobe. One full bathroom with a bathtub serves the house. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for six cars are available.
Ses Salines is 4.5 km away. Es Trenc beach is 5 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Other surrounding beaches include Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbó and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
