Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
Es Trenc Beach is 5 km away, a 10-minute drive. Ses Salines is 4.5 km away. The house is beside a road and traffic may be audible. Cows are present on the active farm and there is a cheese factory nearby. There is no private beach access.
