The house

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one shared bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and basic cooking utensils. A crib and ironing board are available.

The private porch provides space for outdoor dining. The shared chlorine pool measures 3 × 8 metres and is 1.1–1.9 metres deep, with six sun loungers around it. Pool opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available.

The house is on a working farm with cows, near a cheese factory and beside a road where traffic may be audible. Ses Salines is 4.5 km away. Es Trenc Beach is 5 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Nearby coastal destinations include Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbó and Colonia de Sant Jordi. Palma de Mallorca is a 30-minute drive away.
