Pets and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season to 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine, and one bedroom is upstairs. Staff visit the plot during the day to work the land, and neighbours are nearby. Platja de Palma is 20.8 km away.
