The house

The two-storey house has a large garden with a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4 m, with depths of 1.2–1.8 m. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a barbecue, a dining porch and a children's playhouse. The plot is fenced, with neighbours nearby.

The ground floor has two living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room and a kitchen with a gas cooker and cooking utensils. A room next to the kitchen has a permanently installed barbecue. A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine with a third living room. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and access to two terraces.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a small gym and five fans. Two cribs and two high chairs are available for babies. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Santa María del Camí has services for an independent stay, and hiking and cycling are possible from the house. The village is 2.2 km away, with the train station and bus stop each 1.5 km away. Staff visit the plot during the day to work the land.
