The fenced property has close neighbours, sun loungers, a thatched outdoor dining area and a porch. The private chlorine pool measures 7.50 × 3.5 metres and is 1–2.4 metres deep.
All rooms are arranged on one floor. The living room has a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning. The equipped kitchen-dining room includes a microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free.
Three bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; one of these bedrooms also has a sauna. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, and a fourth shower bathroom serves the rest of the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning with a heat pump. A crib and high chair can be provided for babies.
