The house offers 190 m² of accommodation on one floor, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, fan and wardrobe; one has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. A further shower bathroom serves the house. The bright living-dining room has satellite TV, a stove and a dining table seating eight. The kitchen has a gas hob, cooking utensils, microwave, oven and a table seating six. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.
Outside, a private chlorine pool measures 2.3 × 4.1 m and is 1.3–1.4 m deep. There are sun loungers, a porch furnished for six overlooking the pool and countryside, a barbecue and a garden with plum and orange trees.
