Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house is at the foot of Puig e Randa, 4.5 km from Llucmajor and approximately 24 km from Es Trenc beach. Outdoor parking is limited to two cars. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay.
