House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. Mandatory final cleaning costs 370€/stay. An extra cot is optional at 10€/stay. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

The first-floor living area is reached by external stairs; all bedrooms are on the ground floor. Portopetro Beach is 1 km away. Cala d'Or is a seven-minute drive away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 50 km away; the Portopetro bus stop is 0.8 km away, Manacor train station is 28 km away and Palma ferry terminal is 55 km away. A supermarket is 0.3 km away and a pharmacy is 0.230 km away. Parking accommodates two cars outside and one in the garage.
