The house

The house has a terrace with a barbecue and views of Portopetro harbour. The chlorine pool is shared with two other properties and measures 8 × 4 m, with depths of 0.8–2 m. Parasols and sun loungers are available. Pool hours are 09:00–21:00; opening and closing dates are subject to community regulations and may change seasonally without notice. Updated pool information is available on arrival.

The main living area is on the first floor, reached by external stairs. It includes a large living-dining room, a separate fully equipped gas kitchen and an additional toilet. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.

All four bedrooms are on the ground floor. The main bedroom has one double bed, and each of the other three has two single beds. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and oil heating. Wi-Fi, television, satellite TV, a DVD player, fans, towels and a hair dryer are provided. A high chair is available, and an extra cot is optional at 10€/stay.

Exterior parking accommodates two cars, with one additional garage space. Portopetro has restaurants, bars, pharmacies and basic services. Portopetro Beach is 1 km away, and Cala d'Or is a seven-minute drive away. Mondragó Beach, Es Trenc and Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi are nearby outing options. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted.
