Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Air conditioning is included for 12 consecutive hours daily; optional all-day use costs 24€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from day nine of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
