The house

S'aguait is a two-storey, 400 m² house on fenced grounds with furnished porches, a garden, barbecue, terrace, table tennis, parasols and eight sun loungers. The private saltwater pool measures 12 × 6.5 metres and is 0.8–1.7 metres deep. There are neighbours nearby.

The living-dining room has satellite TV, a DVD player and music equipment. The kitchen has a dining area, gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer and crockery. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom and terrace access. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. Up to two baby cots and high chairs can be accommodated. Several televisions throughout the house have satellite channels.

Porto Colom has an old fishing port, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The town is 4.2 km away, Cala Murada beach is 6 km away and Vall d'Or golf course in s'Horta is 3.6 km away. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for five cars are available. Air conditioning is included for 12 consecutive hours daily; all-day use incurs an optional charge.
