No events are allowed. Outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Lock valuables in the safety deposit box. If construction noise is too disruptive during the stay, unused nights may be cancelled and refunded.
Getting there
Construction is taking place next door from 08:00 to 17:00, and daytime noise may occur. The villa has rice-field views and is a short drive to the beach.
