What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Rumah Simba?

Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use, which is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?

Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there any special house rules?
Events are not allowed, outside guests are not allowed, and commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Guests should lock valuables in the safety deposit box.
Is Wi-Fi suitable for remote work?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Fiber-optic connections are available at most villas and are described as suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work; specific bandwidth should be confirmed before booking.
