House rules
Smoking is not permitted. A mandatory resort fee of Bds$300 per week or part thereof is payable upon registration and provides access to resort amenities; terms and conditions apply. The Social Membership provides access to all facilities except the golf course and includes Mullins Beach Club access. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
Getting there
The villa is on a ridge overlooking a golf course and the West Coast shoreline. Alleynes Bay is a 7-minute drive and Mullins Beach is a 9-minute drive. Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a 9-minute drive; Holetown is a 9-minute drive and Speightstown an 11-minute drive. Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive. The area guidance lists nearby restaurants with drive times of 6 to 9 minutes and nightlife at First Street, Holetown, 9 minutes away, and St. Lawrence Gap, 30 minutes away.
