The house

High Spirits has spacious interiors, a main living area opening onto a large patio with an infinity-edge swimming pool, additional seating areas, televisions and a dedicated office with complimentary Wi-Fi. The Italian-designed kitchen has marble countertops and modern appliances, with a breakfast area for casual dining and formal dining on the poolside patio. Two master suites on the upper level open onto an expansive balcony with golf views. Two ground-floor guest suites include one with direct access to the pool area; lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided.

The villa overlooks a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course and has views toward the West Coast shoreline. Royal Westmoreland facilities include golf, tennis courts, a fitness center, spa and clubhouse dining, with a resort pool. Social Membership provides access to the resort facilities except the golf course, plus Mullins Beach Club access. Housekeeping/laundress and additional staffing services are available.
