House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 24 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR and a mandatory final-cleaning fee of 60€/stay apply. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

Playa de Gandía beach is 0.5 km away. The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. The bus stop is 0.1 km away, Grau de Gandía train station is 3.5 km away, Valencia airport is 75 km away and the Dénia ferry is 40 km away. Parking is limited to one car.
