The house

The 91 m² apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. It has a sitting-dining room and a 6 m² terrace overlooking the pool. The three bedrooms contain one double bed and four single beds, and the bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. A cot and high chair can be supplied. Fans and electric radiators are available.

The kitchen has a gas stove, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster and juicer. An electric coffee machine and kettle are available on request. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, television, hair dryer and towels are provided.

Shared facilities include a 17 m × 8 m chlorinated pool, a 500 m² garden, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. Bring your own tennis racquets; court opening hours are provided on arrival. The pool normally opens from 1 June to 30 September, from 10:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00, subject to community regulations and seasonal changes without notice.

Playa de Gandía beach is 0.5 km away. Gandilandia is a 20-minute walk away, and the seafront has playgrounds, bars, cafés and restaurants. There is parking for one car.
