The house

The approximately 1,400-square-foot home sits on a peaceful private block near Southampton's town, restaurants and shopping. Its open layout connects the living room, dining room and equipped island kitchen, with access to the back deck. Indoor facilities include a wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a standard closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The second full bathroom, also on the first/main floor, has a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

Outside are a fenced private heated pool, freestanding saltwater hot tub, uncovered deck with dining furniture and an umbrella, eight lounge chairs, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A beach umbrella is provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pot and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, ice maker, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Entertainment includes living-room television, cable and smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.

The homeowner handles property preparation, arrival coordination, guest communication and maintenance. StayMarquis provides a Guest Experience Manager to help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or a private chef. Outdoor facilities and equipment are subject to seasonal availability.
