House rules
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. On departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Unattended baggage cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out.
Getting there
Fifth-floor apartment with lift access. Bondi Beach, Westfield Bondi Junction and Bondi Junction train and bus interchange are approximately a 20-minute walk away. Frequent 24-hour buses serve Bondi Beach and Circular Quay via the Sydney CBD; peak services run as often as every 5–10 minutes. Express buses to Circular Quay leave from across the road and take approximately 48 minutes. Direct buses serve Tamarama and Brontë daily and Coogee on weekends. Connections to Vaucluse and Watsons Bay Ferry Terminal operate until midnight; airport links take approximately one hour.
