The house

The apartment has polished concrete floors, minimalist interiors, an open-plan sleeping and dining layout, and a private outdoor setting with seating. Sleeping arrangements comprise a queen bed and a sofa bed, with hanging space, wooden hangers, bedside lamps, air conditioning and heating. The living area includes a three-seat sofa, coffee table and smart TV with streaming apps.

The kitchen includes an induction stovetop, convection microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and silverware. The dining table seats three. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity storage. A washer and dryer are available in a communal laundry. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.

The building has lift access and a shared rooftop swimming pool with ocean views. Pool access is until 9 pm daily and 10 pm on weekends. Migrating whales may be visible from the rooftop and common areas during winter. The apartment has a private entrance and self-check-in via an onsite lockbox. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and extended stays are allowed.

Bondi Beach, Westfield Bondi Junction and Bondi Junction train and bus interchange are each approximately a 20-minute walk away. A Lebanese restaurant is on the ground floor, a late-night pizza shop is a five-minute walk away, and a 24-hour supermarket and petrol station are directly across the road. Nearby shops include seafood stores, an organic butcher, a European bakery, boutique grocers and a Russian delicatessen.

Children aged 2–12 are welcome. Standard check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and additional charges; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee access, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Booking protection through Travel Support covers lost baggage and emergency medical expenses with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
