The apartment has a private sea-view balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. A lift serves the building. The open-plan interior connects an equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with air conditioning and Smart TV. The bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning; the living-room sofa bed accommodates two additional guests. There is one bathroom with a shower. A cot and highchair can be provided.
The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and towels are available.
The communal grounds include a lawn with a children's slide and a shared chlorine pool measuring 20 × 10 metres, with depths from 0.50 to 2.80 metres.
