House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Extra guests are permitted as described for the bedrooms. Smoking is allowed. Outside food may be ordered in, with caretaker assistance for nearby restaurant menus. Guests cannot access the kitchen, except for limited preparation by mothers of infants or small children. CCTV monitors common areas and outside sections, but not private bedrooms or bathrooms. Parents are advised to supervise children around the property.
Getting there
The villa overlooks the Mandovi River and has river-facing views. The property is in Penha de França, Bardez, Goa. No beach access, travel distance, road condition or vehicle requirement is specified.
