Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
Is outside food allowed, and can guests cook?
Guests cannot access the kitchen, except for limited access for mothers of infants or small children to boil milk or prepare children's meals. Guests may order in food, and the caretaker can help with nearby restaurant menus.
Who manages the villa?
A caretaker is onsite.
Are the premises monitored by CCTV?
Yes. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas and outside sections; private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
Is the home child-friendly?
Yes. The home is described as child-friendly, with space to run around, indoor activities and a basic first-aid kit. Parents are advised to be cautious when children run around.
