House rules
Maximum occupancy is four people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; optional shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team to arrange this service. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. No early check-in or late checkout is permitted without authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member, subject to availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.
Getting there
Lifts 7 and 8 are steps away; town is within walking distance, and the property is on a bus route. Parking is limited to one car. The elevator is at the other end of the complex, so stairs may be quicker. Evening noise from nearby restaurants and bars and occasional disruption from nearby construction are possible. Contact the reservation team for current construction updates.
