The house

The 1,035-square-foot condo has a living room with a fireplace, a dining table for four, an equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the creek and gondola. Mountain views, a hot tub and a shared heated pool are available.

The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV, with its bathroom downstairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, television, a private entrance and a BBQ area.

Lifts 7 and 8 at Telluride Ski Resort are steps away, and the condo is within walking distance of town and on a bus route. Parking is limited to one car. The elevator is at the other end of the complex; taking the stairs may be quicker. Nearby restaurants and bars can cause evening noise, and nearby construction may occasionally cause disruption.
