The person booking must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Park only in designated property parking locations and obey posted street-parking signage where applicable. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Wildlife, including insects, may be present indoors and outdoors. Periodic power and Wi-Fi outages can occur in the surrounding small-town and rural setting.
