The house

The home is in a peaceful neighborhood in Paso Robles wine country, minutes from downtown, wineries and dining. Hardwood floors and furnished living spaces include a living room with a gas fireplace, heating and multiple flat-screen TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, a microwave, oven and stove, and counter space for meal preparation. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or on the private deck.

Sleeping arrangements include a primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom and a sunny sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa. The queen bedroom and sitting room share a hallway bathroom with heated floors, and both have direct access to the back deck. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

The backyard has multiple seating areas, a hardline barbecue, bocce court and cornhole. Board games and puzzles are available indoors. A full laundry room, private driveway and keypad self-check-in are provided. Deer may be seen among the nearby oak trees.
