Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Online ID registration, signing the digital rental agreement and paying the tourist tax are required before access is provided. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor in a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is 10 minutes away on foot; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 13 km away.
