Rialto Project Apartment 4 is one of four apartments within a historic palace. Designer furniture, modern-style paintings and large arched windows furnish the apartment, with views of Venice. The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has no elevator.
The large living room has a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, television, a hairdryer, an iron and mosquito nets are provided.
Venice Santa Lucia Station is 10 minutes away on foot, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 13 km away. Local experiences can be arranged on request.
A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is provided. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge.
