Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tax may be due on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount varying according to local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The city centre, lake and beach are a short walk away. Restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance. Verona airport is 40 minutes away by car; access is available from the Desenzano motorway exit.
