The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The separate bedroom has a queen-size double bed and a large wardrobe. Both the living room and bedroom open onto the private terrace and garden, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and WC; a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.
The residence's shared swimming pool opens from 1 June to 30 September, daily from 09:00 to 21:00. A swimming cap may be required.
The city centre, lake and beach are a short walk away, with restaurants, bars and cafés within walking distance. Sirmione is 15 minutes away by car. Gardaland and Movieland are 25 minutes away by car, and Caneva Aquapark is 30 minutes away. Lake cruises call at Desenzano del Garda, Manerba, Salò, Riva del Garda, Bardolino and Garda. Verona airport is 40 minutes away by car, and the residence is accessible from the Desenzano motorway exit.
