Maximum two guests. No pets, parties or smoking. Respect the quiet of the residence and eat only in designated areas. A noise detector is installed. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. Free cancellation is offered up to 42 days before check-in.
Getting there
The studio is on the third floor, accessible by elevator. The Thau Lagoon, shops, restaurants and thermal spas are two minutes away on foot; Mediterranean beaches are 10 km away. The Athena bus stop is a one-minute walk away and is served by lines 10 and 14. The apartment is 2 km from A9 exit 33 (Sète). Travel from Sète train station takes around 10–15 minutes by taxi or shuttle; bus line 10 also runs from the station to Athena (€1.30 per trip). Montpellier Airport is approximately 30 minutes away and Béziers Airport approximately 40 minutes away.
