The house

The studio is on the third floor of a residence with an elevator. Its living and sleeping area has a double bed and large closets, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. A southeast-facing terrace overlooks the Thau Lagoon and provides space for outdoor meals or reading. The accommodation has a two-star rating.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hair dryer are available. The equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and stovetop. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided, with arrival essentials including soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, salt and oil.

Private gated parking is available within the residence, subject to available spaces; the parking area has a security camera. A noise detector is installed in the studio. The Thau Lagoon, shops, restaurants and thermal spas are two minutes away on foot. Mediterranean beaches are 10 km away.

Self check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. An online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time must be completed. Free cancellation is offered up to 42 days before check-in.
