The house

The home has an open floor plan, oversized windows, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV and sofa, and a separate family room with high ceilings. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A breakfast nook opens onto the rear deck.

Three bedrooms are upstairs: one with a king bed and TV, one with a twin bed and sleeper sofa, and one with two twin beds. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. A main-floor open sleeping area has another sleeper sofa and TV. All five sleeping areas have air conditioning. The two full bathrooms include a main-floor shower and an upstairs shower/tub combination. Linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

Outdoors are a private fenced pool with an automatic cover, a fenced backyard, an uncovered deck/patio, four lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture and umbrella, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Equipment includes three adult bicycles, three children's bicycles, five beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and a paddle board. Other facilities include a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, smart TV, a Bluetooth/Sonos/stereo speaker system, a yoga/stretching mat and a ping-pong table. Driveway parking accommodates three cars.

The home is minutes from ocean beaches and Peconic Bay. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
